Orange Tree #ThursdayTreeLove

This tree was captured during my US stay. Tree was full of Oranges when I glanced for the first time travelling in car along with my friend. Short tree bearing so many fruits. This tree looks similar to Lemon tree and its flower looks like Jasmine. I decided to capture this tree for TTL before I return back and was telling my friend KN about this. The short trip was full of itineraries to fulfill and somehow forgot about this and it was KN who reminded me a day before the travel back to India and we both walked to the place to capture it and finally here its for my TTL entry. My special thanks to her and it was amazing stroll with her cherishing the glimpse of the trees, shrubs and nature on that way.

BTW, did you know, India ranked 4th in the world last year in the production of Orange!

  1. That’s so beautiful! I don’t think I have seen an orange tree in real.So this is a real treat! And good your friend remembered. 🙂 Trees that have fruits look special to me too. Mangoes, Custard apples, guavas, etc. all look so full with fruits.
    Thank you for joining Shilpa!

  2. Delightful! And how did you resist the temptation to pluck the fruit from the tree? I once went apple picking in the US and enjoyed the experience …. I’m enjoying our oranges this season – especially sitting out in the sun…..
