Appreciation and Acknowledgment

It’s a great thought and exercise to appreciate and acknowledge individuals. This exercise is a great start to a new year. Thank you V.J for hosting this exercise.

Here are the steps for this exercise:

  1. Choose 1 – 3 bloggers that you wish to appreciate and acknowledge.
  2. State your gratitude for that person by choosing one specific way in which they have touched your life.
  3. State a wish or gift that you would like to give them in return.
  4. Make sure to create a link so others can visit.

First, To Kavitha Naidu, who provided a push to start a blog and made me write. I appreciate her support and grateful for her time to read and share honest views which encouraged me to improve day by day. I am also thankful for our invaluable friendship of more than a decade.

Secondly, Anjana at Myriad Musings. I admire her hard work and willingness to achieve anything in life if it is absolutely needed. I appreciate her positive confident approach towards achieving her set goals and also thankful for all her support whenever I needed.

Thirdly, Parul at Happiness and Food. I got connected to her via her bimonthly #ThursdayTreeLove blog hop which made me observe more trees and connected more towards nature. I appreciate her way of projecting the simple things in a touching way.

“Feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it”

William Arthur Ward

I would also include a few of the non-blogger individuals to whom I want to appreciate and acknowledge their presence in my life; i.e., My parents, My parents-in-law, my PK, my siblings. Special mention to my in-laws whose support in all the sphere has made me be the same girl even after marriage and mother of two kids.

Hope this year brings great happiness, normalise the human life and keep us healthy and happy. Wish you all happy 2021!
